It is a Private Limited Company incorporated in March`92. The Company is engaged in total turnkey project contracting activities, which includes the turnkey project contracting of all indigenous (local) equipment’s in a particle board plant, apart from installation of the civil, mechanical and electrical facilities. The installation includes mechanical handling system, thermic fluid heating system, pneumatic handling systems, all utilities and complete erection and installations of foreign equipment apart from assistance during commissioning.

The Company has executed Particle Board Projects in collaboration with M/s. Heilborn GmbH, Germany. The total project outlay of these projects is Rs. 500 million per project.

Recently the Company has completed execution of erection & commissioning of Balance of Plant Package consisting of WTP, Cooling Tower & Auxiliaries for three Co-generation Projects in Maharashtra and a few are under execution in the the State of Karnataka.

The other activities of the Company include manufacture of engineered systems and process handling systems on custom built basis. The company also envisages to organize supplies of electrical control panels and control systems and erection and commissioning of HT & LT electrical installations, including its control gear. Company engages highly trained & skilled staff to handle activities like in-house designing, procurement, vendors development, installation supervision and process commissioning of equipment. The company also provides EPC services for power plants.
